Our Belief.

Good times in training lead to great times in racing.

Training shouldn’t be something we dread doing, nor should it take precedent over all the other important things in our lives. We believe in a holistic approach that puts smiles in front of miles and wellbeing above watts.

The standardized training model aims to build athletes for peak performance. Our focus is different. We want you to experience optimal and sustainable performance for the long term. This is about making training fit around your life, and not the other way round. It’s about consistency over short-term gains, rest instead of stress and simply being clever with the time we have available.

Fun.

We take what we do seriously. Ourselves? Not so much. We like to have a good old laugh as often as we can. Even during tough, sweaty workouts. For us, your entire training journey, from the workouts we prescribe to the way we interact with one another, should be steeped in enjoyment.

Balanced.

We get it. Life is bewilderingly chaotic, even at the best of times. When we work together, we will take everything into account, from your family and work commitments to your nutritional intake and sleep cycles. Because balance is the prequel to better.

Positive.

A positive mental attitude and outlook is absolutely essential to athletic success (in our humble opinion, at least). The same goes for coaching. Training and racing is never a straight-forward path. Many unforeseen obstacles will be encountered on this journey – injury, illness, global pandemics and the like – and it’s how one responds to these challenges that defines the outcome. We believe in bringing in a positive energy to the table, no matter what life decides to throw at us.
